Shipping Policy

At Hollywood LEDs, we work to get your lighting products shipped quickly, safely, and reliably.

Fast Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Large orders, custom products, special-order items, and products requiring additional preparation may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, package size and weight, shipping destination, and available shipping method.

Any shipping options and rates displayed during checkout will apply to your order.

Shipping Carriers

We use major shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping service selected for your order.

Larger or commercial orders may also be shipped by freight carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipment has been picked up.

Most orders ship directly from our warehouse in Monrovia, California.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited shipping may be available for certain products and destinations.

If you have a time-sensitive project, please contact us before ordering so we can help determine the best available shipping option.

Large & Freight Orders

Large, heavy, oversized, or high-volume orders may require freight shipping or a custom shipping quote.

If additional shipping arrangements are required, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, backordered, or cannot ship within the normal processing period, we will contact you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Some products may not be eligible for international shipment.

Please contact Hollywood LEDs if you would like assistance with an international order or a shipping quote.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a package appears damaged, photograph the packaging and products and contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
